Juliette Chen, a girl who doesn't believe in love anymore. Her family visits Cape Cod every summer, enjoying the warmth of the sun and the smell of the salty sea. During her junior year of high school, Juliette's ex-boyfriend cheated on her. This traumatized Juliette and made her hesitant about dating guys. Everything just went downhill from there when senior year came by. Her father had cheated on her mom and they got a divorce. Her mom couldn't afford to care for both her and her sister, Ella. The Cape Cod house needed to be sold. The two sisters were given one last summer on the East coast before they sold the house and before both of them went off to college. During their 3 week trip, Juliette meets a special someone who just may be able to heal her heart.
