Becoming enamoured with a woman as closed off and Blue as Autumn Moriarty was never a part of Jim Halperts plan. But, after an awkward encounter with her after her night with his roommate, he can't stop thinking about her. So, he buys her coffee to make up for the mishap, and once they find out they work together, all the sudden his plans to leave Dunder Mifflin don't seem that important, don't seem all that much of anything, really.
