Esmerelda Routledge and John B Routledge were quite different, despite them being twins. No one could ever see the resemblance, but it was there, especially for their treasure hunt obsessed father who even though lived with the two, was very absent in their lives. Couldn't care less where they were, how late they were out, who they were hanging out with, or what they were doing. And that drove Esme crazy. With his fatherly absence, also came his financial absence, leaving John B and Esme working multiple jobs in order to gather money to help pay their rent and bills. While John B worked on the Cameron's boat, Esme was standing on corners with a ziplock bag with tens of joints, waiting for customers.
