When someone dies with a life mixed of sin and holiness, they don't get sent to Heaven or Hell; they get sent to Bierce's Ballroom. A world between worlds. It has portals to ten different layers of Hell. Each holding unique beasts matching the ten sins in Dante's Inferno. The third circle is for Greed, named Deadly Decadence. Mostly golden statues roam the layers two areas, the outside hedge maze, and in inside manor. This story will follow their lives, which aren't all too greedy as the mortals who entered are.
