This story depicts an alternate timeline wherein Velzard attends Walpurgis after sensing Veldora's presence. She subsequently meets our protagonist and becomes interested in him after his display at the meeting. After thinking for a bit, she decides to move to Tempest and becomes a close ally of Rimuru. Rimuru and Velzard will sometimes be out of character since it's unavoidable. Our protagonist will be more rational and have an actual spine, while Velzard will not be as cold and ruthless as her canon counterpart. Besides, Velzard is missing a lot of characterization, so I decided to write my own interpretation of her personality based on the original light novel. I recommend at least having seen the second season of the anime since my story will pick up from there. This fanfic will follow the main story beats from the original light novel, meaning some arcs will get glossed over if there are little changes. I'm somewhat OC, so expect a lot of chapter edits or updates because I tend to reread chapters and notice minor mistakes here and there. Also, it goes without saying that I do not own the series 'That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime.' Check out and read the original light novel written by Fuse.

But as he continues his life, learning that the new update of "That time i got reincarnated as a slime" manga was coming up that he wanted to download the story on his PC, he becomes to hasty in a rush, running towards his dormitory, not noticing his surrounding, causing him to accidentally be killed by Truck-kun on his way to his dorm room and meets a ROB (Random Omnipotent Being). To make amends for wrongful death, ROB grants him 5 wishes for his reincarnation into his next life. The man chooses to be reborn in the world of Genshin Impact as the Traveller "Aether" only difference is that, he is granted a better guide then Paimon being, Like "Great Sage" as well as being granted a higher form of elemental manipulation from around the anime multiverse. Come read and watch how he changes the story entirely with his new found power in his journey of exploring genshin impact world whilst making alies, facing foes and possibly find love from his favourite characters in his previous life.

Rimuru was taking a break after the entire orc invasion incident and decided to take a stroll through the forest. While walking along he runs into a monster that was run out of their home by the orcs and lost their entire family to the attack. With nowhere to call home and no family to go back to, Rimuru accepts the monster into the new and growing town as his adopted daughter. The story will follow the main story beats of the light novel, but events will be changed due to a close bond forming between Rimuru and the new monster. The bond will be explored along with the world around the two of them, giving more depth to the characters and allowing them to move outside of the main story's narrative. This is my first time writing something like this so I apologies if there are any glaring issues you may notice. With that said if you see something that could use improving, I invite you to drop a comment and let me know about it so the story can be improved for everyone. The Mature rating is mostly just to cover my bases as I don't know where things will go as the story progresses.
