Brother Cipher

As the twin sibling of Bill Cipher, you were automatically made aware both when he started weirdmaggedon and when he got sent to Theraprism. And now you were made aware that he was let out of Theraprism, but with a problem, he didn't have any of his powers, nor did he have his original form. He's stuck in human form with no way of leaving until he's fully redeemed. You, of course, in all your generosity, has decided to give your dear brother a little visit and maybe help with his redemption. But can you really help him when you have just about as many problems as him?
