The apocalypse unfolded just as everyone had imagined: zombies, chaos, and violence. The world was ablaze, and no one could extinguish the flames. Movies, TV shows, books, and video games depicted it accurately, while many religious interpretations fell short. But that's not the focus here. This story isn't about who was right or wrong or how it all began. It's about the one place that was consistently overlooked and the one factor no one considered: the Caribbean. As usual, we were late to the announcement, the meetings, and the understanding-or, in this case, the destruction. No one really knows how this tragedy spread so rapidly. People understood why it took so long for the facts to emerge, yet no one cared enough to warn others. I'm sure you have questions. Everyone did, despite everything crumbling around them. It's human nature to seek answers in the face of disaster. How did the apocalypse happen? How did it spread so quickly? And what does any of this have to do with three Black kids from the Caribbean? Well, this isn't the beginning of the apocalyptic narrative you were hoping for; instead, it's a beginning that might lead to the solutions everyone has been searching for. It all started with a pigeon, but this was no ordinary pigeon.

+ Co-written with Meteoritezr + First rule of living with the Flock? No names. Nothing real anyway. You don't survive with your humanity, you shed it, or it sheds you. Zombies were said to be impossible, that they'd never happen, well obviously whoever said that had underestimated human curiosity. It started with the melting of the Poles, which uncovered diseases that hadn't been seen in millennia. Obviously, when a flesh-eating parasitical virus was found, scientists in all their glory decided to study it, which led to the greatest calamity in human history. Warning: This is the original book 1, it is now considered more of a prelude/building character relationships arc than a book. This provides backstory and sets the foundation for the characters and their relationships. The action starts in the new book 1 - Migration. - TW: Gore, Cursing, Death, etc. Not recommended for anyone who can't stomach gore or other zombie stuff or LGBTQ+. Homophobia will not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form -
