I find it to be insane that one of my favorite ships has barely any fics so this is for all you The Batman (2020) watchers who knew that... Riddler 100% had a thing for Batman. He does. This is a somewhat serious take on both characters, and I did kind of have to fabricate a past for Riddler because... DC is very bad about making a good one. But fear not. I have one! ONE! Singular beta reader, an immense love for Riddler, and a dream. Sorry if this thing seems to take forever to update, I'm also very ADHD and I get bored easily. Also, the mature rating is for potential murder, still deciding what I'm doing. NOT a sex scene!! I probably won't have them jonkling it in this one guys, but trust, it is always a possibility. AND NO. NO AI IS USED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM IN THIS WRITING.

I have notice how the Joker's origin in The Killing Joke and the Joker movie (2019) both stories take place during the 1980s. But what if it took place today? That's what I try to answer! In this original work I explore how a complex character like the Joker could emerge and be influence by current social problems. It's a romantic, and specially mysterious short story that I wish one day could help me make it to DC as a comic book writer, and if I don't, at least I enjoyed writing it, and I hope you enjoy reading it!
