I am Different...and that is okay.
In this book, you will read about all this time I've spent as a teenager, going through the ups and downs with friendships, goals, and personality. It is something like a diary to me, as I reveal my deepest thoughts. However, I also question a lot of things, such as relationships, human nature, and our own destinies. You will read about my special and rare talents, my excitement and passions, success stories, my sad and merciless fails, and my rather different perspective I have on this world. You will see the ups and downs of my life, as well as the questions I have for the future, because one thing's for certain, our worlds are everlastingly, continually, and are non-stop changing, and there's nothing we can do about it except write straight from the heart. A collection of the things I can't seem to say. The things that plague some of us at 2am, a bitter goodbye, a loving hello, lost friendships, and identities. I'm just a recovering addict trying to navigate the minefield that is reality.
Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Complete

These poems are just some of the little pieces that make up my life. Whenever I get inspired by someone or something, I write a little story about it in the form of a poem. In a way, it helps me express what I have in my mind in a very vague way. I'm not that kind of a direct person, but there are things that are sometimes, better to kept secret. The words that I wish I could say.. to some people how they made me feel , everything that ever happened. All about feelings and emotions, different situations that people can end up in. In Loving Memory of My Brother
|5X FEATURED · SPOTLIGHT STORY| Learning to cope with death is one of the most challenging obstacles any of us has to face, especially if that death is unexpected. When your whole world has changed, what do you do to overcome grief and keep your loved one's memory alive? *** I never knew how much trauma could affect a person until after my older brother died unexpectedly on August 17th, 2021. I came out of the experience as not the Victoria I was used to, but the Victoria who now had a massive hole in her heart. I come from a long line of fighters. My family and I pulled off different strategies to help us move on from such a devastating death, strategies that I am going to share in this book. Sometimes, the best way to overcome grief is to write about it. After all, writing is an escape to a different world where I still have my Green Guardian. These pieces and pictures I'm going to share with you are not meant to depress anybody, but to illustrate just how wonderful a person Matthew was. His story is sad, but it's a story of hope.
