This is a wip of a fanfic where you eventually find love with the permint haired boy Todoroki.
Shoto is such a cold character with a defining past and he's usually monotone for it. He doesn't trust people much, but can you change that?
your character~:
y/n, silver eyes, liquid manipulation quirk, anywhere smaller than shoto but you can pick the height, female, brown hair with water like flowy blue highlighted hair.
(If u want to make your own character you can, I'll be listing eye colors as E/C but the hair will stay the same for better description. U can still change your idea of the hair and character:))
