I have always sought peace and quiet in this world, hiding away from the chaos and noise. Large crowds, nightclubs, strangers dancing under bright lights, and loud voices only filled me with unease. I preferred books and writing, losing myself in the worlds I created. In late spring, my cousins and I decided to change our surroundings and move to Japan for an indefinite time. Everything was supposed to be perfect-delicious food, walks through mysterious temples, and, finally, the chance to finish my book.
But at some point, everything went wrong. One panicked message from my cousin turned my life upside down.
He is a dangerous and reckless gang leader, the king of street racing, and the embodiment of everything dark in this world. Tom Kaulitz... That fateful night at the races, when our paths crossed, I had no idea my life would never be the same.
