In the year 2027, amidst global instability and economic downturn, the Commonwealth of Australia is puppeted by a rising Greater People's Republic of China and its close ally, the Korean Democratic Republic (North Korea). Following a series of economic treaties and increasing Chinese corporate influence, a sudden military and political maneuver sees Australia fall under the rule of the new Indo-Pacific Socialist Union-a satellite state of Beijing.

The nation is quickly restructured under a new government, with former Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews installed as the first President of the Australian Autonomous Region.All Rights Reserved
