Blythe Brooksbank was granted the extreme privilege of living a normal Muggle life until the ripe age of 15 in which she spent her free time attending normal Muggle school and playing normal Muggle sports with her normal Muggle friends. However, when a strange door comes to call and a peculiar student with a dagger in hand appears in said normal Muggle life of hers. . . Blythe suddenly finds herself in the Wizarding World, a place drastically different from the life she's used to.

With a change in schools halfway through her secondary school career and an entirely new collection of magical friends and magical problems, Blythe Brooksbank tries to find her way in a world that was hidden from her since birth. But as she slowly starts to grow accustomed to this new normal, she can't help but notice that a vast majority of the Wizarding World seems to know something that she doesn't about this mysterious door and the puzzling circumstances of her father's death and his undisclosed family history.
