Prologue
Eda had spent her whole life trying to be enough. She was the eldest daughter of a family that never truly saw her. From a young age, she had learned that love was something she had to earn-by being obedient, responsible, and quiet.
She smiled when she didn't want to.
She gave when she had nothing left.
And somewhere along the way-she lost herself.
