- loml by Taylor Swift -

There was a man I loved with all my heart. In his presence, I felt whole. But over time, everything became the reason we drifted apart. The age gap, the timing, and even the judgment of others-none of it ever bothered me, actually. But him... How I wish his bravery matched the strength of his words. "I don't mind," "I'll never leave," he'd say. Yet, day by day, he distanced himself, keeping me as a secret.

It was a sign for for me to leave. He was too kind to do it first.

After two years, I left my city, and with it, all my feelings for him. Little did I know, those feelings would remain, pouring into the poems I wrote in the quiet of midnight.
