Mia, a sharp-minded accountant, never believed in urban legends-until one drunken night changes everything. After a night out with her friends, she stumbles into her apartment's elevator at 11:30 PM, playing a harmless game of pressing random floor buttons. But when a mysterious woman in a black suit enters on the 5th floor, Mia's lighthearted fun takes a sinister turn.
