A young dragonborn kobold named Dee Drakos lives a mundane life in Glandaval City. An amazing chef, an avid lover of superheroes...and born with strange abilities. They cannot let anyone see them, superpowers are for superheroes, which are very rare, but do exist. Dee could never be a super.

But that changes quickly when a dangerous threat reeks havoc on Glandaval for attention, in the form of a tall goatborn kobold who goes by the name of Drakul!! Dee is the only one who can rival his powers, and they must rise up to the challenge, and so emerges PhoenixFang!! However, when they finally see Drakul in person for the first time...WOW does he look handsome!!
