All the Things We Carry

No one ever teacher us how to carry a life.

They only teach us how to carry expectations. To carry achievement as though it were an identity. To carry grief until it becomes routine. To carry love as though it must always demand sacrifice.

So we keep walking, believing that strength is measured by how much weight our shoulders can bear.

Until, one day, life throws us a question:

Not whether we are strong enough to keep carrying-
but whether we are wise enough to know what was never ours to carry at all.
