Link, the Hero of Hyrule, has just learned of Princess Zelda's fate after seeing the final dragon tear. Overcome with grief, he sets out to seek a legendary power, one he believes will guarantee Hyrule's victory...and his revenge. But will he lose himself in the process?

Author's note: This story takes place during Tears of the Kingdom, right after Link discovers the last of the dragon tears. It combines elements from that story, in addition to some of my other favorite Legend of Zelda games. Though I generally try to stay true to lore, at times I made adjustments to help things flow. I don't claim to be a professional author or Legend of Zelda expert, I just wrote a story that I would enjoy.

A Princess's Problem.
Follow Link and Zelda's struggle to unlock her powers and help her father look after the kingdom of Hyrule. But what will happen when they are alone? Link and Zelda will have a rocky start but eventually, Zelda warms up to him and they journey through Hyrule together. They will face creatures such as Dodongos. It will include much loved characters from Twilight Princess and Ocarina Of Time and maybe a few others. This is the ultimate adventure packed with fighting, love, friendship and of course mind boggling plot twists. I also need your help with suggestions from other Zelda games and I will somehow make it into this fanfic even though it is based in Breath of the Wild. Five years later, Link is a 16-year-old man with severe depression and a Hero chosen by the Master Rifle. He is still in love with Zelda and thinks about her every second of his life. One day, Link saves a woman from the Yiga clan members, and that woman turns out to be Zelda. She tells him about where she has been for the past five years, and once Link finds out the truth, he dedicates his days to helping Zelda feel safe and happy again away from her selfish, rich father Rhoam and her forced fiance, Ganondorf. While Link and Zelda try to save themselves from the abuse, an evil prince from another country declares war on Hyrule in hopes of annexing the kingdom, and Link must go to war, leaving Zelda.
