Panem High School

Welcome to Panem High, where grades are optional, detention is inevitable, and chaos is the only thing on the syllabus.

Glimmer Belcourt, Marvel Sanford, Azalia Cross, Cato Hadley, Clove Kentwell, Finnick Odair, Annie Cresta, Finch Crossley, Johanna Mason, Thresh Morrowson, Peeta Mellark, and Katniss Everdeen-twelve wildly different students who, by some twist of fate (or maybe just bad luck), have found themselves in the same friend group.

Between Clove and Cato's aggressive competitive streaks, Johanna's unapologetic attitude, and Finnick's never-ending supply of flirty one-liners, there's never a dull moment. Katniss swears she doesn't even know how she ended up here, Finch is just here for the drama, and Thresh is the only one with any common sense (not that anyone listens to him).

Being immature teenagers, there's enough lingering glances, inside jokes, and totally-not-obvious crushes to keep things interesting. Between surviving pop quizzes, after-school shenanigans, and the occasional near-death experience (seriously, who let Cato drive?), high school has never been this entertaining.

One thing's for sure: Panem High will never be the same.

Side note: Azalia Cross is my OC from my first book, Blood & Roses, in case you were confused. I've also noticed that a lot of other Panem High School books make Annie out to be sort of a teacher's pet, but I honestly think she would be pretty sassy and rebellious. Another thing I've changed is that Johanna and Azalia are both lesbian, because you can't convince me that Johanna is straight.
