The Basketball Player

Jessie was an amazing basketball player and was always up for a challenge. Melanie was shy. She had her 4 friends that she always hung out with and that was it. At lunches she would go and sit near the basketball courts because one of her friends had a big crush on one of the players. Jessie was always at the court shooting hoops. One day Jessie knocked the ball over to where Melanie was sitting alone. He could have any girl at the school because he was that star player but the only girl he wanted was Melanie. He figured that out when she first started eating her lunches there. Melanie was the opposite. She always thought she couldn't get any guy so she gave up until Jessie told her he was going to help her learn how to shoot a basket. After that day she found out who she loved and what she loved.
