The Phantom Thief has been lurking around Yokohama for over a year, and our beloved detective Nakahara Chuuya has yet to catch him. However the thief is a lot closer to him than he realises, hiding behind the one serving his coffee every morning, Osamu Dazai. And soon the rise of crime, trouble and complicated feelings shall tie their fates together.
