A president's take on transmigration

At the end, both the protagonist gong and the white moonlight had fully transformed into well-behaved kitties waving their tails in front of him, constantly mewing at him and hissing at each other.

Later, President Wang was seen holding a signboard outside in the cold: No. 1 kitten tamer.
