Disclaimer- this takes place in Japan but anything to do with the law will be Canadian. This is only because im Canadian and im too lazy to learn a whole other law. Which is why the legal drinking age is 19 years old, and everyone in this story in either 19 or older. Same with the time zones. I also make a lot of references from things probably known better from the early 2000s.
