He had just gone through a disaster of a week, averaged maybe four hours of sleep a night, and still had eleven essays to grade, and yet here he was on the streets of Musutafu, logging a patrol at two AM.

He knew it wasn't smart. He knew he should've stayed at home. But sue him, he had always had a soft spot for vigilante cases.

Maybe it was because when he looked at them, it was a bit too much like looking in a mirror. [Or maybe not. He didn't really know why he ever cared, and if he was being honest, he didn't really want to.]

He almost hadn't come. He'd refused last week, and the week before that too-even knowing it was a vigilante. Then, curse it all, Tsukauchi had rung him up.

Turns out it was a genius girl.

My Hero Academia meets Calculated by Nova Mcbee.

When a new prodigy-child-vigilante crashes into Aizawa Shota's world, he's left to untangle the mess that seems to follow her around. It doesn't help that there's a (freshly revealed) maniacal S-class villain planning who-knows-what, everyone is keeping secrets, and his main problem-child is acting skittish. [Skittish, with Midoriya, was not ever a good sign.]

[Truly, for everyones' sake, Midoriya, please stop breaking things.]
