Abby has spent her life fighting for Earth-chaining herself to fences, marching through tear gas, refusing to give up hope. Leaving was never an option.
But when a rare ticket to a new world falls into her hands, Abby is forced to make an impossible choice-not just between the cause that defines her and the people she loves, but between who she's always been and who she might need to become.
Some battles are fought in the streets. Others are fought in silence, at the edge of everything you've ever believed about yourself.

It's been five years since the plague struck. Leah knows there are other survivors, but she's avoiding them. She is doing just fine on her own. Surviving after everyone she knew died has made her physically strong and honed her intelligence, but she is emotionally devastated. There is nothing to fear if you don't make yourself emotionally vulnerable. James has spent the last five years helping to build up a colony of survivors. He believes in the small town they have populated and its mission to save humanity from extinction. He and his small team of men find scattered people and bring them in. Over the last two centuries, women have fought for and won more and more rights, gaining equality with men. Society, law, and technology bolsters and enforces these rights, but now they are gone. Women's equality with men is over. There are just too few of them. They aren't lesser but greater, more important, more valuable than men. Men are expendable. Men can stay outside alone if they like, but all women must be brought inside the safety of the Colony and properly taken care of. James has been searching the area Leah lives in. Her time of solitude is up. Leah sparks something in James he's never felt before. He's not letting this one get away, certainly not twice. Warning: Contains sex, some violence, occasional foul language, and adult issues. Genre: Science Fiction, Romance, Post-apocalyptic, Dark romance Length: 84,468 words This book has been published on Amazon. The first ten chapters will be updated to what you get in the published novel and will remain here, so you can try before you buy.

⚡︎ ➹ ☍ ✕ ∞ ⌘ ⊕ ⟡ ✹ ⚚ A city wakes to smoke creeping through blue-lit streets. What was meant to be a single act of rebellion sparks a chain of consequences no one is prepared to face. It begins one July morning. A girl runs through desert and pollution toward the city. It is the only place she can feel safe now. Nothing will stop her. Not even Supremacy Officials who were bent on her capture. A Fated rebel group led by Miles and Emi moves toward an abandoned airport. They still carry out the mission, but quickly regret it after the fire is set. Locus is a multi-POV literary dystopian told through deep internal character narration. It follows the emotional experience of an uprising and the intertwined lives of those bound to one city. The rebels and the runaway are joined by a charming Vocate, a skilled rebel from another faction, dutiful Supremacy officials, and a righteous firefighter. Each with a different perspective on events, and their own story to tell. This story is told in sequences, with each sequence unfolding across multiple chapters. ⚡︎ ➹ ☍ Icons correspond to which POV the chapter is narrated by. ⚠️ Content Warning: This story contains strong language, psychological trauma, and graphic violence.
