Though she has a specific bond with the Blond, reckless boy, JJ Maybank, who are just friends and the friend group got rules, like the 'no Pogue-on-Pogue macking' rule. But will that stay this way? Savannah Stryker is a rich kid, but wouldn't call herself a Kook. Life on the Outer Banks is different for her.
