This book will be styled more like a journal, or log book. Expect an update once a month or so. Between each update, I'll post responses to any questions I get - if I get any. Each update will be about a random subject relating to either my mind or an attempt at trying to understand my heart.

This section will also offer support, statistics and advice from someone who has been in the same position. -Any funds made when I publish this book will be going to a chosen sa survivors charity.
