After the liberation of the sanctuary, Subaru became Emilia's knight, and everyone returned to the rebuilt Roswaal's mansion. Everything seemed to be doing fine until one day, Subaru woke up back in Japan, outside the convenience store that he vanished from. Meanwhile, his friends back in Lugunica are facing a heavy threat that makes them face the horrors that Subaru has seen.

How It could have been
This Fiction takes place in the Re:Zero universe just after the events of Episode 21 (A Wager That Defies Despair), and is an alternate loop. Status: everything fine, hiatus is fake I jus forgot to change this (End of Arc 6, Subaru and the Watchtower conquest group are teleported to Japan, more than a year after Subaru's summoning to the world of Re:Zero. How will the inhabitants of another world react to this very different and incredible world?)
