Seth confessed his love to Dean after six months of hiding his feelings. Dean feels the same but panics when Seth tell him how he feels about him. Dean runs off, not knowing what to say or how to.
When he finds the courage to head back to Seths place he finds the younger man still on the floor with a empty pill bottle in his hand.
He rushes Seth to hospital and gets him there in time. Seth will be ok, the doctors pumped his stomach. The wait for Seth to wake up is like torture.
The lyrics of Nickelbacks "Far Away" seemed to fit their situation perfectly.
