A kingdom on the edge of war. Three men locked in a battle of wits, will, and survival. Each with a target. Each with a purpose. None with the luxury of trust.

A Soldier, forged in battle and betrayal, seeks only one thing-vengeance. His blade is drawn for the King who cast him aside, and though he is but a pawn in another's game, he cares not. If the Poet whispers the right words to guide his strike, so be it. He was always meant to kill.

A Poet, whose words shape fates as surely as steel, watches from the shadows. He does not crave the throne, nor does he desire the King's downfall. He needs the King's power, the web of influence that shields his work. But the Soldier? The Soldier is a problem. A problem that must be erased.

A King, who has ruled long enough to know that war is rarely won with swords alone. He respects the Soldier's strength, wishes to guide him toward peace-but peace is a fool's dream when the Poet lingers near. The King cannot allow the schemer to slip free, cannot allow the Soldier to fall deeper into his grasp. He watches, he waits, yet even a King's reach has limits.

Each man has a target, but in a world where power shifts like sand and the lines between ally and enemy blur, the battle soon becomes more than they ever intended.

In the end, only one will stand.

Or perhaps, none at all.
