Erin Watts is a 15-year-old human living in the slums of Designated Area No.6. He attends the prestigious Arlington School of Servitude and wants nothing more than having a bright future. Unfortunately, things aren't going his way as of late. His mother, a syred human, is sick and about to die. When she bites the dust, her protection from being syred to an Eldritch master will die with her, leaving Erin unprotected. His school is also starting to suspect he might not come from a wealthy background. And, to top it all off, his Eldritch neighbor wants to rape him and torture him to death. Could it get any worse for him?
