In an Alternate world in around 1880, the world of Caelia was the home of Humamity, and had a large amount of history. Many nations that would fight for dominance would begin slowly to bring the Human race towards a Great War. With a long set of rules and national boundaries, it is only a matter of time until the Great War pops up, and nations begin the single largest struggle for Global Politics. Whatever happens now is up to those that wield history in their hands.

Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts.
