Regulus Black did not do school spirit.
He didn't do pep rallies, didn't do tailgates, and he definitely did NOT do football. In fact, he had spent the last three years at the University of Georgia successfully avoiding all of the above.
Thanks to a tragic combination of bad luck, poor planning, and his academic advisor refusing to let him drop the class - he found himself interning for the sports media department.

Enduring an entire season of SEC football
Being forced to follow James Potter around with a camera
James Potter, who absolutely did not need a sports media intern but somehow decided Regulus was his new best friend anyway.
James Potter, who was America's goldenboy, Heisman front-runner, and probably the most insufferably charming person alive.
James Potter, who was going to make this semester unbearable.
Regulus Black, who was going to survive this internship, graduate, and forget any of this ever happened.
He just had to make sure he didn't start caring first.

Let's rewind... It's 1976 and Regulus is returning for his fifth year at Hogwarts. With one of the worst summers of his life behind him, he's slightly glad to be back at the castle. But the main place for update will be my ao3 with the same username Regulus black has been training intensely for ballet, ever since his brother Sirius ran away from home his second year at Hogwarts school of dance. In which regulus was never allowed to go after his brother ran away, being told he wasn't allowed ready. But finally one day his parents decide he's ready to go. The isssue with it though is he can't associate with his brother otherwise there will be consequences. Regulus knows if he doesn't follow his parents rules he could possibly lose dance forever. But what happens when he meets his brothers best friend James potter? Will he obey his parents and focus solely on dancing and stay away from his brother and his friends? Or will he find a way to be back in his brothers life? And hopefully fall in love with Sirius best friend. Fuck JKR

I made this ages ago and honestly, I don't like it. There are some people who do like it and that's alright but for me, I don't like it. You can read it if you want. Their sixth year did not go as planned, James came out as bi, his friends weren't happy, but James wouldn't forgive them so he made them do something, after being reunited, they decided to prank the Slytherin house and ended up in a prank war between some other Slytherins. Regulus somehow gets involved and after pranking the Marauders, Sirius was pissed, he comes up with an idea that nobody, not even James could've predicted! One prank, a wild year, falling in love with the enemy.
