'How could he do this to me? I thought he loved me. But, as I lift my gaze from my ruined prom dress, I realized in that moment that he had never loved me. It had all been act.' -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- In which Rosalyn Solace, a quiet and reserved individual strongly believes in the idea of love like any other girl her age. A huge romantic at heart, Rosalyn spends her senior year at high school, wishing and hoping for her other half but never pursuing, that wasn't particularly Rosalyn's style. Blade Carlisle on the other hand is your typical playboy, fooling around with a new girl every week and never really taking life seriously, or anything for that matter. He had completely dismissed the idea of love a long time ago but maybe a special someone could change that. He never paid any mind to the quiet girl at the back of class, until one day a bet arises. It starts out as a harmless bet between him and his friends but soon ends in tears and heartbreak, laced with lies and deceit. Will Rosalyn find in Blade what she has been deeply yearning for: love? And will Blade successfully complete his bet? Or will it all end up to be a terrible mistake?

《 Highest Ranking: #5 in Vampire 》 "Is that Marcus? Marcus as in, from our High School Marcus!" Casey squeaked. I spun around, not quite believing her, but there he was. He strode through the school like he owned it and my god, he could've. He'd changed over the four years he'd been gone. It was like god himself had carved him from a statue. His cheekbones could cut a finger and a jaw that could slice a hand. He was taller, more muscular. He looked nothing like the boy that went away. He wore a blacket jacket and ripped jeans, his grey eyes studied the school as every female studied him. Suddenly, they slipped past every other person's eyes and landed on mine. No surprise etched his face, it was like he didn't recognise me. Until I saw the corner of his mouth lift up. ~~ Best friends, Diana and Marcus planned to do everything together. They would go to college and live in the same dorm room, they would always be best friends. But, Marcus went away. Without expecting him to return, Diana uses her heartbreak to change her life. She becomes popular in college.. Then one day, he shows up. But he's changed, he's darker, more silent and definitely a lot more hotter. He'd grown taller, his face sharper and he drew eyes from every woman on campus, even the guys. He spoke to no one and didn't even acknowledge her until she spoke to him. But something was very off. Very off, indeed. Cover Design: @newsies- Copyright @tavanalee No Rights Reserved 2018
