Steve left Cathy a few months ago, he seems to have no problem moving on, so why is she still obsessing over him? She stalks his Instagram every night, and stares at the pictures with girls who look nothing like her. She is distraught after running into the most recent lady in his pictures and the very man that is the item of her fixation for the past months. She was so distraught she didn't see the car speeding around the corner.
