Evan "Buck" Buckley, spent his whole life feeling unlovable up until he was adopted by the famous Tony Stark at 12 after having spent most of his life sleeping on the streets.
At 21 he decided to leave New York and apply to become a Los angels Firefighter at the 118.
At 22 he was happy with his family at the 118 and finally talking with his big sister, Maddie Buckley again.
At 23 the fire engine he was in exploded and he was thrown out of it and it landed on him causing him to go though months of pain, surgery, and being stuck at home. Soon he was able to come back to work but it wasn't the same he was being left out, yelled at, and even being treated like trash as if they weren't a family even his sister was siding with them.

The team is upset and disappointed in Bucks decision so they all decide to ignore him when he returns to work, especially Eddie who was hurt by the lawsuit. The team goes out to drink after their shift without Buck who also happened to go for a drink to drown his sorrows, when he sees his team celebrating a win without him, it crushes his soul so decides to leave the bar. NOT PROOF READ I decided to write about what I think goes through Evan Buckley's mind throughout the show and how Eddie fits into all of that. It's a mix of the original story and my own ideas, especially focusing on how Buck and Eddie's relationship develops along the way. I just feel like Buck deserves more attention because he's a complex character with a rich backstory. His challenges, fears, and moments of growth reveal so much about who he is and what drives him. By examining how Eddie influences Buck's thoughts and decisions, I hope to highlight their bond and how it impacts Buck's journey. I want to explore the little moments that shape their relationship and make it so meaningful, showing how they lean on each other through tough times.

Still at age 9, Buck realizes he's getting even less and less attention from his parents causing him to increase his reckless ideas from skateboarding accidents to playing with fires. He's craving any type of attention from his parents even negative. Bobby Nash firefighter Captain of the 118 lost his family in a fire. His firehouse gets a call of a reported house fire and the only person saved is a small kid named Evan Buckley. Without any family willing to take him, and the police unable to locate his sister, Bobby gets clearance to give the child a roof over his head.
