Issei is a boy who was born in Kyoto he is the biological son of Miki hyoudo and step son of gurou hyoudo(gurou not Issei biological dad in this) Issei was born in Kyoto Issei is not a human no he is something much more powerful Issei is the descended of the very beast who put a end to the two heavenly dragons and killed evil gods he is the descended of the hulk a beast that could kill gods dragons and many other supernatural creatures Issei biological dad was named after there ancestor and that is Bruce but Issei dad did not inherit there ancestor power but Issei did inherit that power Issei also hates his step dad alot
