Humanity had been plagued against mosters for decades but all of that changed when a glowing baby in China appeared.
Then, a chain reaction occured, as generation passed more and more superhuman people became common and these "powers" were the norm. We called these "quirks" and the people who could exercise usage of these abilities were called "Heroes"
Today, as 80% of the population became more and more superhuman with numbers increasing, monsters were less of a threat and Humanity gradually began to push back.
And now Izuku Yagi, quirkless in a world of quirks, is left to figure out exactly where he stands in this world
