Travis Hilton is a popular paranormal investigator whose job is to communicate with spirits. He has spent his teenager years learning about energy; how to navigate it, fuse with it, and especially dive into it. For a while, he's been constructing an ideal plan on how to successfully pass through time periods, by entering memories of roaming spirits.

He thought it through as thoroughly as he could to know how to survive in a different time than his own, though he made sure that his first time must be a place where there's history reaching only as far as the 80's. Otherwise it'd be too difficult to blend in.

A bunch of people see him as a crazy maniac, rightfully so. The idea sounded ridiculous and a lot of non-believers would usually poke fun at him on the internet for believing something like that is possible, make memes about him, calling it as insane as the idea of time travel.

You'd think that it would demotivate him from trying, but no. That would be like giving up on his life. He's been preparing most of his life for this moment. The topic was the most indulging one he's ever found. He couldn't give up, not now, not ever.

To his surprise, his next destination would be the most horrifying yet thrilling time of his life ever, one that would make him want to relive it all over again.
