Hybrids were a mistake. A stain on society. That's what Seoyeon had always believed.

They were dangerous. Unpredictable. Less than human.

She had spent her entire life avoiding them, making sure their existence never crossed into her own. But fate had other plans.

One stormy night, she found him.

Broken. Bleeding. Barely breathing.

A hybrid.

She should have walked away. She should have left him there in the rain, just like the rest of the world would.

But for some reason, she didn't.

And that single moment of hesitation would be her downfall.
