As a bored college student, the easiest way to occupy yourself is broadcasting your life to the world. Streaming, recording, photographing; you wanted attention and community.
You also wanted Schlatt.
Though, it's hard to get the attention of a star when you only have 5 followers on twitch, and 200 subscribers on youtube. How could you stand out amongst the millions?
You couldn't.
Your next best bet? Constantly messaging and donating to him. Every chance you got, you tried to talk to him like he was just a normal guy. You wanted him to see you, give you attention, everything unhealthy that the average obsessed girl feels. You knew the ultimate shot was to act like he wasn't special, but also knew he was too famous for it to ever work.
Until it did.
