At Needville High School , the administration is divided. On one side, there's Ms. Wyatt-strict, by-the-book, and absolutely intolerant of rule-breakers. On the other, there's Mr. Maresh-laid-back, effortlessly cool, and infuriatingly good at getting away with bending the rules.
As assistant principals, they're supposed to work together. Instead, they argue at every turn. Ms. Wyatt sees him as careless and unprofessional. Mr. Maresh thinks she's uptight and in desperate need of a reality check.
After years of butting heads, Ms. Wyatt stumbles upon something shocking-an old recommendation letter from Mr. Maresh, praising her leadership and work ethic. Victoria Nilsen is pretty known for being a troublemaker in her school.
