At Needville High School , the administration is divided. On one side, there's Ms. Wyatt-strict, by-the-book, and absolutely intolerant of rule-breakers. On the other, there's Mr. Maresh-laid-back, effortlessly cool, and infuriatingly good at getting away with bending the rules. As assistant principals, they're supposed to work together. Instead, they argue at every turn. Ms. Wyatt sees him as careless and unprofessional. Mr. Maresh thinks she's uptight and in desperate need of a reality check. After years of butting heads, Ms. Wyatt stumbles upon something shocking-an old recommendation letter from Mr. Maresh, praising her leadership and work ethic. As she starts to dig deeper, she realizes that he's always had her back, even when they disagreed. The discovery forces her to reevaluate everything she thought she knew about him... and the feelings she's been trying to deny. Will she keep on fighting her feelings until she breaks, or will she finally admit that sometimes, the best lessons aren't learned in the classroom-but in the spaces between the rules?

Krish Malhotra, the formidable CEO of Malhotra Industries, once lived with an easy smile and a heart full of warmth. But the ghosts of his past turned him into a man of ice-stoic, distant, and unwilling to love. He adores his family and protects them fiercely, but marriage? That was never in his plans. Until he realizes that his grandfather still carries the weight of old regrets, desperately hoping to see Krish move on. Reluctantly, he agrees to marry-for his family's sake, not his own. Enter Isha Kapoor. With a dark past hidden behind her bright smile, she dreams of a marriage filled with love and companionship. When her fun-loving family brings up marriage, she agrees, hoping to find a partner who sees her, cherishes her. Instead, she gets Krish-a man whose idea of marriage is responsibility, not love. Bound by gratitude to Krish's grandfather, who once helped save her father's struggling restaurant, Isha agrees to the marriage. But not without conditions. Krish gives her an ultimatum: either live in a loveless marriage forever or sign a contract-one year of pretending to be the perfect couple before walking away. But as their worlds collide, Isha sees the cracks in Krish's cold façade-the man who claims to feel nothing but silently watches over her, who keeps his distance yet sparks something deep inside her. And Krish? He never planned on wanting more. But the more he tries to push her away, the deeper he falls. With the contract standing between them, will their hearts defy the terms, or will they walk away just as they promised?
