In the quaint coastal hamlet of Cielo Blu, Italy, Izuku Midoriya embarks on his third year at a traditional high school. After spending his first and second years studying online due to previous challenges, he finds himself socially awkward and conflict-averse. However, with some encouragement, he begins to open up within his comfort zone. Unfortunately, this newfound confidence is short-lived when a boisterous blonde shatters his defenses.

Katsuki Bakugou, a rebellious yet respected artist from nearby Riva, a lake town just half an hour from the coast, needs Izuku's artistic talents for an upcoming project. Together, they journey through trials of self-actualization while racing to complete their art project before spring begins.
