My POV of being some who is diagnosed with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder.)
I just want people to understand how I FEEL. Not what the internet describes me as. Not everyone with BPD acts the exact same way.
Yeah, you may do as much research as you can. But, it's not always accurate to what you read or see.
I want people to know how it's like in my shoes just so they'd understand why it's so difficult for me to be the best version of myself or even try to get help.
And don't EVER say you understand unless you have it yourself. It angers me so much when someone says "I understand how you feel.." or "I did research so I know.." No. You don't.

Catastrophically Carla (Lesbian Story)
Ages 14+ (lesbian concepts and some profanity) This is not your everyday love story, okay? It's not a chick flick either. Have you ever gotten the feeling that everything you do is for nothing? Do you feel that no matter how hard you try, the world will always move on without you, whether you like it or not? Is it difficult to keep up in this current of events everyone else calls existence? Yeah... me neither... What? Do I have to put a meaningful and insightful description of the story? [BWWM] I was only twelve years old when the world turned cold. The day my mom died in that car accident, I felt like someone had dumped a bucket of ice water over my heart. Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. so, I've been struggling for a long time now, and I never told anyone about it. I've never opened up. but I met someone who understands how I feel, and I'm beginning to feel again. I don't know how to do it, but I finally feel I can fight. I've been so exhausted. I'm not better, I'm not sure if i ever will be, but I'm not numb, not entirely. Walking into an empty house is normal to me. I guess I got tired of saying 'I'm home' when nobody is home to reply. It wasn't always like this. I remember when our family was close.
