There was an old mailbox shoved into a tree next to the park on Kateral Road. It was white and rusting. Three initials were carved into the side, F, D, & G. It used to belong to three close friends. They spent every day by that old tree, talking about everything you could even think to talk about. No one has seen them together in years though. The old mailbox was left untouched and alone until someone walked up to it. They stared at it for a while, trying to decide how foolish they were being. Finally, the person opened it and set a letter down. When the lid was closed again, he lifted the flag to signal his letter. Turning away without any hope to go back.
