This is set right after Abir and Mishti officially started dating, and Mishti teases Abir that she can't call him bf since she calls someone else by that nickname.
Abir visits Maheshwari house with Kunal and Kuhu for their Pag Phera. He purposefully spills chai on his shirt and has a romantic moment with Mishti after Badi Ma sends her to help clean Abir's shirt.
There, Mishti challenges Abir that she would go on a date with him if he finds out who she calls Bf.
This is set after that episode.
