The world championship brings new champions to the table in the realm of ESports and new relationships into the fold. Both personal and professional. After meeting with the top teams from around the world, ZGDX gains the attention of the American ESports team, Shadow Gaming. Intrigued by the captain of their team, Alex Pykes, Lao K finds solace in their similar spirit as it mirrors his in certain ways, saying that he is drawn to them at first for an unknown reason. With the World Championship at stake, will Lao K finally get his happy ending beyond his gaming career, or will fate intervene yet again with his life???
