Izzy reluctantly agrees, and when she encounters a hyper-intelligent reptilian entity on her trip, she can't convince herself that he wasn't real. The days are ticking down until her trip, but Izzy, becoming obsessed with the creature, can't get over her feelings that either 1) she's given herself drug-induced psychosis right before her journey to the red planet, or 2) there's something out there, something beyond space... In an asteroid field in a faraway part of the Orion arm, is a small mining station called Hunters Back. My name Is Bia and I live here, or better I exist here. I never fitted in with the natives. A metal poisoning during my mom's pregnancy stumped my growth and made me look different. To not get bullied too much, I had to learn martial arts, which only isolated me more. Well at least I thought so; until my communication system told me, that there is an alien AI living inside of me and I am now the empress of an extinct civilization and if I want to safeguard at least the rest of their knowledge, I have to get off my butt and take action and make a few friends on the way. Hell, my live was boring anyway. So why not.
