Thirty-one years ago, the world changed forever. The rise of the Legion of Shadow ushered in an age of tyranny-an era ruled by fear, control, and unwavering obedience. To defy them was to invite death. To question them was to disappear. And for those born into their world, there was no choice but to obey.

Riku Hinoki and his older brother Hiroshi were raised within the Legion, trained from childhood to be its soldiers. Strength was all that mattered. Mercy was weakness. Justice was whatever the Legion decided it to be. But when a girl named Midori Himura enters their lives, carrying the weight of a past the Legion tried to erase, cracks begin to form in the foundation they once trusted.

As buried truths resurface and the lines between right and wrong blur, Riku finds himself questioning everything he was taught. The Legion claims to bring order-but at what cost? And if power alone decides who lives and who dies, then what does that make them?

With every battle, every choice, and every painful revelation, Riku, Hiroshi, and Midori are forced to face the truth: they are no longer just soldiers. They are the last hope for something greater.

But in a world where loyalty is absolute and betrayal is met with blood, fighting back could mean losing everything-including each other.
